A very touching historical film following the life of a black man from his childhood to his old age.
Throughout the duration of the movie the audience connects with all of the characters during both their trials and achievements!
It had a multitude of acclaimed actors and actresses as well as incredibly visually pleasing cinematography! The costumes also accentuated the many time periods covered throughout the main characters life!
Overall it was a phenomenal "sad movie night" kind of flick, and an amazing point of view film on American history!
